Mia: Porcelain Wall and Floor Tiles

The Mia collection, designed by Tolga Berkay and the Bien Design Team, draws inspiration from the natural beauty of Onix Marble. By adapting the original surface effects of this marble, Mia creates a balance in plain spaces, infusing them with the comforting feel of natural marble.

What sets Mia apart is its use of digital printing technology and glazed porcelain technologies. This allows for the creation of uniform large-sized marble effects, giving the tiles a rich texture and a unique visual appeal.

The production process involves the application of digital printing technology and glazed porcelain technology to create wall and floor tiles. The dimensions of the tiles are 60 x 120 cm, making them suitable for a variety of interior spaces.

The Mia collection is a testament to the meticulous research and attention to detail by the Bien Design Team. The team worked closely with relevant departments to ensure that the future production steps and assembly components were carefully considered during the design stage.

The project, which began in September 2017 in Bozüyük, was completed in December 2017 in the same location. The Mia collection will be showcased at the Unicera Fair in the end of February 2016.

Mia has received recognition for its outstanding design. It was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in the Building Materials and Construction Components Design category in 2018. This prestigious award is bestowed upon designs that demonstrate creativity, resourcefulness, and technical excellence, contributing to improvements in quality of life.
